I know it’s been a little hot minute & although 2022 has been a little cray cray haaa!

Why not finish up this year a list of beauty products that not only I really liked, but that I also repurchased a few times during this year!

This list will predominantly products that I’ve purchased for myself and my personal kit from all price ranges.

1. ColourPop – Pretty Fresh Pressed Face Powder – $14.00

I’ll tell you what; ever since this ColourPop’s cosmetics launched? I’ve been SO impressed by the quality of most of their products & the price points? This ColourPop’s Pretty Fresh Pressed Face Powder is just SO good!

 Re-purchasing shades: Fair #1 &  Fair #4 

4 times this year? HA! So yeah… I dig it!

Normally, I like using this ColourPop’s Pretty Fresh Pressed Face Powder to set my under-eye concealer & or highlight the high points around of the face. What I mostly like about this powder?  This pressed it’s quite fine even if it’s pressed; the coverage is on the medium side but definitely could be built up, doesn’t leave my skin cakey or extra dry (I do overly hydrate my skin) and as it has some color? It really helps with the “brightening” aspect.

Tip: for a flawless finish try applying this powder  with these little amazing puffs!

2. L’Oréal – Infallible Flash Cat Eye WP Liquid Eyeliner – $10.99

So as I was looking for images of this Flash Cat Eye eyeliner for this entry? I just realized that the applicator is also meant to be used as an applicator LOL! Check this out! I’m legit laughing too much about this!

So, I actually purchased this liner pretty randomly. One of those days – you know.. like you’re in your car driving & glamming but your liner exploded; cause it’s not even supposed to be in the car all day anyways? Ha!

Bueno… I had to stop at CVS to handle that lol!! Picked up some baby wipes for the mess & this L’Oréal Infallible Flash Cat Eye WP Liquid Eyeliner which was actually being promoted right up in the front! (everything happens for a reason)

Not only is this Infallible Flash Cat Eye eyeliner pretty convenient, especially when on the go! Has a pretty long felt applicator which is perfect for any easy cat eye application (even without the applicator haaaaa). This felt applicator glides on so easily,  quite saturated with product making this liner not only easy to use (one hitter quicker swipe) quite pigmented, jet black & waterproof! Amazing! Since then? A stable!

3. Dior – Addict Lip Plumping Gloss – Shimmer Rose – $40

Fun Fact – I’m a lip gloss junkie & although this DIOR plumping lipgloss is a bit on the splurge side – it is a gloss I find myself repurchasing once I’m out; always. There may be a few dupes out on the market when it comes to down to the texture of this gloss? I’ve yet to find one like this.

This gloss is glossy and I mean glossy, high shine (big win for me), not sticky or tacky, has a good amount of plump but not enough to burn the lips off you dig? Moisturizing –  I believe alot of these lip plumpers; get the “job” done but tend to leave the lips on the dry side afterwards.

And as per the shade?

Although I have a few favs from this line? Dior Shimmer Rose, is the perfect shade of soft blue undertone pink, with a few glitter sparkly specks which makes it extra girlie & beautiful on its own. Pretty BOMB as a lip topper over a medium shade nude?

Uffff yal’ gotta try it out!

?4. Estee Lauder – Perfectly Clean Toning Lotion – $30

As a PCOS gal & after 35 haaaa I really started taking my skin care pretty seriously (wish I would’ve started MUCH sooner)!

Extra fun fact: My first “makeup artist job” was at Estee Lauder many solar returns ago ha!

Fast forward? I go through skin care products VERY often! Toners, misting waters, astringents have really been my thing! But time & life happens; and … well; I totally forgot about their toners! SO happy I got my hands on this Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean Toner.

Purchased this product twice this year & also the pink “Soft Clean Infusion Hydrating toner” which is also great!

What can I say, I change my makeup often lol which consists of starting from a clean slate. I love this perfectly clean toner for many reasons; my skin really has reacted oh so well with this toner also.

Keeps my skin feeling hydrated & NOT sticky after cleansing and perfectly prepped before my daily day/night serum application, Has a soft light fragrance but definitely not overpowering. I really love this product! 

?5. Glossier – Super Pure niacinamide + zinc serum – $29

Talking about skin care prep?! I definitely can’t go without mentioning my cystic acne breakout tamer? Glossier Super Pure niacinamide + zinc serum.

There’s a few niacinamide serums out on the market from all  various price ranges – which I too have tried but I REALLY enjoy this Glossier Super Pure serum.

I find myself always coming back to it. As this Glossier Super Pure serum.tends to sell out fast? I tend to purchase these serums in 2’s just in case! lol!

I believe it really comes down to texture. This product layers beautifully with other skin care products & my skin has too really enjoyed this product!

I find that it Glossier Super Pure serum helps reduce redness around my acne not only on my face also on my neck and chest, alleviates the itchiness with my cystic acne & helps reduce the size of pores around my nose with using with tretinoin which is also part of the skin regimen and or other mild exfoliants.

Side note; when it comes to skin care and PCOS acne per say? It’s definitely not only topical (especially not to only one product), it’s a combination of topical, internal (lifestyle, diet, mental health/stress) and most importantly consistency.

I highly recommend this product!

6. Hydrocolloid Invisible Acne Patches For Face – $9.98

Oh! I can’t go talking about favorites without mentioning these super awesome pimple patches!

LISTEN! I have a serious BAD habit of picking my acne – I’m human? What can I say?! But WOW have these really helped in that dept.

Another “I wish I knew about this when i was younger” product! But no lie, these pimple patches have really helped me out. Especially for the ones you know you feel are coming in? The itchy kind? ugh! SO helpful!

Just place these little clear pimple patches on the affected area, wait a few hours and no lie, either it’s gone down by at least 75%  in size or fully gone!

Listen…. I get these on amazon and just checked? 

I’ve purchased this item over 6 times this year!  Let me tell yal?! I just don’t use these only on my face? I apply these ANYWHERE I feel i’m getting a pimple.

Even if i’m rocking makeup? If you prep the skin properly… you can most definitely apply makeup right on top of these as well!

7. Morphe –  Micro Brow Pencil & Spoolie – $8

Listen, Morphe has slayed this year! 

I’m so picky with brow shades & currently as my hair is blue black, but I don’t want my brows black per say, nor too ashy, nor too warm … let’s just leave it as I’m hella picky lol!!

I normally tend to use brow powder! But when you’re on the go-go? A pencil can speed up the process!

When I tell yal’ I’ve been testing especially in shades & consistency? This Morphe Micro Brow Dual-Ended Pencil has REALLY impressed me and the price point? Fabulous!

This pencil is quite small, which is great for brow-like strokes & blends out great and the shades? Perfect!!

I use 2 “Cold Brew” as my lighter shades and “Chocolate Mousse” as my darker shade to define & to add natural brow-like strokes!

A favorite!

8. Charlotte Tilbury – Love Is The Drug Blusher- $40

Looking for a nice pink blusher with a good amount of glow? Charlotte Tilbury “Love Is The Drug” blusher quickly became a stable in my personal makeup bag!

If I’m looking for an extra pink-pink glow?

I’ll tab into the center a few times, apply to the cheeks and top off with the exterior lighter shade.

If in a rush, i’ll just mix both & go, and lastly when I’m looking for a light blush (which doesn’t happen often ha!) I’ll just use the exterior color (the peach shade).

The glow on this Love Is The Drug blusher is so nice! It’s quite reflective but without any sparkly or glitter specks – meaning it doesn’t attenuate pores nor attenuate acne & or scars.

Give a beautiful overall glow with a hint of pink?!

I mean… need i say more? I ? it!

9. Murad – Retinol Renewal Eye Mask – $10

When not in a rush and I want to give myself some extra TLC during my glam sesh?

I like using Murad Retinol under eye masks which make me feel like I’m having a mini spa day!

These eye masks temporarily soften fine lines/crow’s feet lines under the eyes. Especially if you have an important/event to attend; these get the job done done!

Firms, depuffs and tightens the under eye area without an icy feel! 

I really like these & not only have a repurchase these 3 times this year (the boxes with several) but also added them to my pro kit*

10. Pacifica – Collagen Hydrating Body Butter – $18

Last but certainly not least ….

I am completely obsessed with this vegan body butter by Pacifica.

Ugh this stuff is so YUMMY and the skin feels SO so so nice!  This vegan hydrating body butter is quite hydrating; helping also with fine lines and plumping around the body! Again, I love this stuff!

Another BIG WIN for me?

This line is also a vegan, paraben-free ,sulfate-free and cruelty-free… I MEAN?!

I’ve personally been pretty obsessed with Pacifica – it was love at first sight since I’ve tested out their products!
