. that one nude essential dress ? .
You know, you always hear “essential pieces” are must haves in one’s closet. I mean; the definition of “essential pieces” is undeniably up to one’s taste individual right?
But I think they’re referring to solid pieces & item’s that you can basically mix and match in many ways.
Wether; dresses, body’s, tops & or etc! Which personally changes quite frequently (i am a pisces ha)! I guess that depends on how I’m feeling no? But in all honestly I go through stages; I’ll go through an era where i’ll purchase so may bodysuits then go onto oversized jeans and well now? I’m onto dresses! HA!
You know what it is?
This “heat” in Miami has been Day & Night? Gotta keep it light!
So my new thing is dresses cause quite honestly? With a nice “basic essential” dress? I mean you can do anything? You can dress it up with some heels? Dress it down? Sideways? I mean whatever way ya know? And still be mad chuch you know?
Picked up this super chuch “Basic Essential Ribbed Knit Midi Dress” at my local Windsor Store. It was actually the first time I walked in & well walked out with up a few goodies!
which I’ll post soon!!
This dress is so chuch but it’s not the exactly the first style I would normally go for? But then again there’s that mega side slit? HA! SOLD! It’s a beautiful tan/ nude shade!
Perfect timing too, because I was looking for a nice tan/nude dress to go with a look I had in mind for another event; pero whatever I ended up rocking out to take a light spin hahah!!
I’m not sure if you guys ever been on this note?
But lately? I just don’t got timeeee to try on these pieces on at the store haha (I actually do … pero I just don’t; you know? lol) – plus I’ve been on an online shopping hunt since covid lockdown; so maybe I’m just used to it now!
Regardless? I picked up some stuff, prayed everything would fit well …. wing it! ha!

Plus? I also did feel the material? It’s pretty great! It’s that real good-good stretch? You know the kinda squeezes the right areas? And plus the cut was perfect!
Especially for anyone that has a high waist. Example: I have a high waist but not very large hips? So this dress helps with this illusion of “larger hips” … thanks to the amazing slit! 😉
For reference I purchased a size “small”. Currently: Height: 5’6 Weight: 132 lbs
Overall? I’m super happy with this mega chuchi Basic Essential Ribbed Knit Midi Dress!
It’s squeeze’s all the right areas; yet pretty comfy and super moveable! I really wish Windsor had this piece in other colors too!
I mean; totally can see this dress with some chunky sneakers too or even with a chuch belly chain over? Bringing the 90’s vibe back? Hell yeah!
I rocked this Knit Midi Dress with the comfiest Lilac Steve Madden Jelly Sandals which I personally think are so so chuchi!
I mean… anytime I can rock a jelly style shoes? I’m going for it! And these are actually so so comfy!
I mean I totally danced the night away and no prob!
