So much fun working with my super fun & beautiful client Maybel! Had so much fun with this super fun, girlie & glitter glam? Yes! Please!
Maybel is super sweet & has such great vibes! It’s always a pleasure working with her!! Maybel then she hit me with “we’re going colorful, fun and vibrant! ” My excitement? Hella overload haha!
I literally LIVE for any moment that I’m able to use color in glam; but it’s not something often clients ask me to do! #sohappy
Maybel also gave full me creative freedom yiiiii but with one requirement – make it the glam stand out!
As Maybel & also her friend (stay posted) were modeling for WildSwank
A new women owned small business clothing brand based out of Miami; which creates beautiful, colorful, unique club wear pieces.
I wanted to make sure the glam was vibrant, colorful, glowly of course but still chuchi wearable and not to go against the dresses you know?
Key products used for this super fun glittery glam?!
Here we go!
When starting this glam process, as we were going to use vibrant colors, pigments & glitters. Wanted to ensure minimum fall out!
Shadow Shields – $7.00
Shadow Shields are super great to have in your kit! Not only do these catch all the fall out, but also can be used if want a clean sharp wing!
Pro tip* I like to place the adhesive side a few times onto my clients hands to make the shield a bit less sticky – this way it doesn’t tug onto the clients eye when peeing off after glam is done.
As for the shadow?
You guys know already know how much I love this Morphe – Nikita Dragun Palette – It’s very colorful and pretty pigmented but some eye prep is required to get full color payoff!
Eye Prep
So… since I purchased this eye primer? I haven’t turned back to any other & also bought all the shades they have lol!!!
NARS – TINTED SMUDGE PROOF EYESHADOW BASE – $26.00
I love this NARS Tinted eyeshadow primer & here’s why! For one it’s the perfect shade of nude, so these cancel out any blues or any light discoloration the lid may have without having to use concealer. Concealer for the most part is thicker in consistency (creasing totally could happen), so this product is great for just about any lid! And of course because it really helps the shadow give that BAM effect!

Morphe X Nikita Artistry Palette – $30.00
This Morphe x Nikita Palette is pretty amazing and for the price? I mean you really can’t beat that! Highlighted each color used for this glam with the little stars above!
Pro tip* I highly suggest to go in directly with color by packing the shade on, with a flat shader brush or a packing brush, placing it where you want it and then softly blending it out with a soft fluffy brush (like a 217 Mac Brush)
Glitter
NYX – Pink Loose Glitter – $7.00
Applied with in my opinion; the best glitter glue ever and has always been ha! A pro product but you can totally find it online now! BEN-NYE glitter glue!
Ben-Nye Cosmetics Glitter glue – $15.00
This stuff? Ben-Nye Glitter glue will make sure that glitter ain’t going NO WHERE! A little goes a long way so start off light and make sure to wait a few seconds to get tacky, apply glitter by packing it on (drum roll …here’s where that shadow really shield kicks in) and BAM chuchi a*s glitter lids!
Lashes
Dollar Lash Club Lashes “Scarlett” – $10.00
To tie us this glam and give in an extra umfff! Added these mega chuchi Dollar Lash Club lashes in “Scarlett”. These lashes are stunning! Super full, voluminous and can be used up to 15 times!
Skin Key Products
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation – $43.00
A foundation I swear by and in reality has become my go to. Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. This foundation is great, photographs beautifully and stays all day!
Armani Beauty – NEO A-BLUSH “Bubblegum Pink”– $36.00
Love this pretty soft pink Armani Beauty Liquid blusher. It quite natural in finish and perfect for a subtle soft pink glow.
DIOR BACKSTAGE ROSY GLOW BLUSH – $37.00
Been loving this Dior Backstage Blusher in “Pink” for quite some time! It’s perfect as a nice soft blush topper; as it has some soft beautiful silver reflects that give such a beautiful glow!
