Working this Premios Juventud this year with Ally? I was MEGA excited! For numerous reasons too!

First off and foremost; Premios Juventud is the first award show I’ve worked this year due to Covid 19. I’m a sucker for working fast faced productions, performances, red carpets and etc! And how I missed it!

It’s usually the anxiety/pressure rush that I live for really haha! Making sure every little detail is nice & looks clean, ensuring you’re on time (cause when you get into the details haha you can lose a track of time), set up the touch up kit – but make sure not to miss anything (ha improving is key here), mask check, 6 feet social distancing and sanitation rules applying now too!, Light check, glow check, skin check, lash check… can’t forget your quick lil’ on set mirror selfie cause you gotta get the all access sticker photo mannnn haha …. all the checks you can possibly imagine going through my mind hahah CHECK! (seriously the only selfie I took right there)

Secondly! So happy to work with the sweetest Ally Brooke! I have to say it again; although I always say this about Ally haha! She’s really so awesome, and such good vibras! Working with Ally is always such a great time!

For the rehearsal look, we decided to go for a pretty pink glittery shadow glam with lots of glaze to the skin, with a soft matte nude lippie and …. YES we’re still are rocking lippie; masked and all!

On Ally’s Glittery Shadow; I tried a new glitter product I hadn’t used in the past and I really liked them!

NYX Professional Face & Body Glitter in shades “Beauty Beam” is a beautiful pink glitter with multi-colored reflects & also mixed in a bit of “Lumi-Lite” which is a beautiful and very shiny platinum glitter with a silver/blue reflects .

As for the show glam and the look second look; we decided to go for a similar look to the first glam but a bit more amped up.
